One of the better, and less controversial tracks from "The Life Of A Showgirl," Opalite is a mid-tempo song with a strong hook and some great imagery. It also is the second-most listened to track from the album (after The Fate Of Ophelia which I remixed a couple weeks ago), and is also getting a fair amount of radio airplay. This is a more club-friendly version of the song, I kept with the Nu-Disco vibe of the previous remix and I think it works well for Taylor's tracks on

This is such a fantastic song. The original version has elements of disco and funk, and I absolutely love it. The video is visually stunning with an epic appearance from Colman Domingo and really leans into the horror theme, perfect for a song that came out at Halloweentime. I wanted a little bit more of a Bass House vibe to it, so I added some heavy electronic elements and a drop near the end.
