Tate McRae - Tit For Tat (Christian Wheel Remix)

When this song came out, it immediately became a pop-culture milestone. It debuted in the top-5 on the Billboard charts and ended up being one of Tate McRae's most popular songs to date. Production-wise, it's got tight drums and synths doing the heavy lifting, but it's not very 4-on-the-floor and is more dreamy and shadowy. While I'm sure you pop DJ's get requests for it, it's not a good dance record. The hook and the attitude are great, though, and that makes a remix a great way to play this record. I bumped it up to 100 bpm from its native 84, gave it some brighter pop polish and forward momentum which should let you retain the original's viral energy and lift the room with something familiar yet new.
