This mash-up came about during a DJ set. I was mixing from CeCe Peniston's 90's dance anthem "Finally" (the "Choice Mix" was the hit version) into "Stand Back" by Stevie Nicks and when the two songs overlapped I was treated to a delightful medley. Fun fact about "Stand Back," Stevie was inspired by Prince's "Little Red Corvette," and actually wrote the song with it's synths in mind. She shared it with Prince, who was so impressed he helped her finish writing it and even played the synths in the final song. So technically, this mash-up is more CeCe Peniston vs. Prince than CeCe Penison vs. Stevie Nicks, but that's not how crediting works.
